Frank Harris, Vice President

Mr. Harris is a retired Engineering Manager, after thirty-two years of service, from Raytheon Technical Services Company in El Segundo, California.  Harris is the Co-founder of Brothers Bonded Investments, LLC, an investment group that provides safe, reliable, quality housing for low and middle-income families in Nevada and Tennessee.

Mr. Harris is a member of Zeta Rho Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity.  He has served as chairman of the Reclamation Social Committee for two years, Chapter Vice Basileus for three years and is currently the Chapter Basileus.

Additionally, Mr. Harris serves on the Social Action Mentoring Committee, which provides mentoring and tutorial services to the Carver Elementary School and Lincoln Elementary School students, in Compton, California. The Social Action Mentoring Committee coordinates the mentoring program between King Drew Medical Magnet High School and Carver and Lincoln Elementary Schools. He collaborated with Zeta Rho members to plan and manage the Los Angeles Urban League Jim Hill Celebrity Golf Tournament.

Mr. Harris was born in Los Angeles and was educated in the Los Angeles Unified School District. After graduating from Jordan High School, he continued his education at Los Angeles Trade Technical College, receiving an A.S. in Mechanical Drafting. After a number of years of employment and raising his young family, he completed his education at the University of Phoenix earning a B.S. in Business Management.  Harris and his wife, Kimberly A. Triche-Harris, reside in the city of Lakewood, CA. They have two sons and four grandsons.
