Keith E. Parker is a seasoned Program Director with over 25 years of experience in the human services industry, specializing in strategy development, program implementation, and team leadership. He has a proven track record of building and managing diverse teams, addressing program challenges, and delivering impactful results through SMART solutions. Keith is a strong relationship builder who collaborates effectively with stakeholders, agencies, and executive leadership.
Previously serving as the Director of Project Fatherhood at Children’s Institute, Inc. Keith oversaw initiatives promoting healthy marriages, responsible parenting and economic stability. He has successfully increased program enrollment and attendance while improving participant outcomes and engagement. His leadership has enhanced subcontracted agency performance and ensured curriculum fidelity through training and evaluations.
Keith held leadership roles at Community Build, Inc and People Coordinated Services, where he managed operations, budgets, and strategic initiatives focused on gang reduction, youth development, and teen pregnancy prevention. His efforts have led to significant improvements in school performance, employment placement, and community safety.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management for Bowie State University and has completed extensive training and certification in nonprofit management, conflict resolution, domestic violence, and youth intervention. He is also a certified parenting instructor and facilitator for fatherhood programs.
