With over 33 years of experience in the aerospace industry, Bernard currently serves as an Engineering Department Director for a leading Federally Funded Research and Development Center, where he manages a team of engineers developing innovative solutions. Throughout his career, he has held positions of increasing responsibility at major aerospace prime contractors, advancing from entry-level engineer to department director through dedication and technical excellence. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Bernard is deeply committed to community service and is a passionate supporter of STEM education programs for underserved youth. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Howard University and has earned two engineering technology patents and one invention disclosure award.
