Duane Hale - Board Director

Duane Hale is an institutional real estate professional serving as Managing Director of Third-Party Asset Management for Cushman & Wakefield. A respected community advocate and member of the Bridge Builders Foundation Board of Directors, Duane serves on the Finance Committee, where he helps achieve goals of financial transparency, risk management, and fiscal integrity to support the organization's mission of providing young people with the opportunity, confidence, and support to pursue their goals and contribute to thriving communities.

With over 25 years of experience in institutional real estate finance, acquisitions, and asset management, Mr. Hale has acquired and sold over $3 billion in institutional real estate and managed over $10 billion in office, multifamily, industrial, and retail assets. His career includes senior leadership roles as Director of Real Estate Acquisitions with PGIM, Senior Director of Asset Management with Nuveen, and Regional Director of the Mid-Atlantic for Nuveen.

Mr. Hale is an active member of multiple professional organizations including NAIOP, NMHC, REEC, and AAREP. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida A&M University and holds an inactive CPA designation in California.
