Earl H Jones Jr is a retired Aerospace Engineer and Business Manager serving on the Board of Directors for the Bridge Builders Foundation (BBF). In his current role, he provides strategic guidance and oversight to help the organization fulfill its mission of providing young people with the opportunity, confidence, and support to pursue their goals, lead with purpose, and contribute to thriving communities.
With over 42 years of experience in the aerospace industry, Earl currently serves as a business process and business development consultant. In his professional consulting role, Earl assists companies in business process analysis and improvements and new business acquisitions.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Earl is deeply committed to giving back to his community. In his support to BBF, Earl has served as Treasurer, Director of the STEM Program, and is a passionate supporter of the myriad of BBF programs for underserved youth. Beyond BBF, Earl has served on the Board of Directors of the California Prostate Cancer Coalition (CPCC) and Executive Director of the Trinity Community Development Corporation (TCDC). Along with his wife Esther, he is a devout and active supporter of their church and other community organization outreach programs.
Earl Jones holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Tuskegee University and a Master of Urban Planning from Syracuse University. He is a Registered Architect in the State of California.


Thomas Dowdy, Jr. is a retired management professional with over 40 years of experience, currently serving as a Management Analyst for the City of Los Angeles while providing international disaster relief and conflict resolution training worldwide.
