Phillip L. Dunn is a mission-driven executive and community advocate serving on the Board of Directors for Bridge Builders Foundation. In his current role as Board Secretary, he provides strategic guidance and administrative oversight to help the foundation fulfill its vision, mission, and purpose.

Dunn has extensive experience in business and public administration, having served in several senior management positions with the City of Pasadena. For 25 years, he served as Executive Director of the Foothill Workforce Development Board in the Economic Development Department. He has also held senior management positions in the city's Health Department, Community Services Agency, and Rose Bowl Operations. Prior to his tenure with the City of Pasadena, he was an Account Manager with Xerox Corporation in El Segundo, California.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Phillip Dunn is deeply committed to being of service to his community. He is an active supporter of education programs, youth mentoring activities, and economic development programs within the Los Angeles region.

Phillip Dunn holds a Bachelor of Science from Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio, and a Master's degree in Community Planning from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio.
