Reginald Gentry has over 20 years of experience as an energy industry professional, currently serving as a Senior Gas Trader at Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas), the nation's largest natural gas distribution utility. Mr. Gentry is responsible for optimizing SoCalGas' gas injection and storage rights for the Gas Acquisition residential core portfolio. He drafted the original contract and developed the strategy for the Secondary Market Service Group, which he currently leads.
At SoCalGas, Mr. Gentry serves as a member of the Supplier Diversity Council, which seeks to identify, develop, and manage relationships with minority contractors and vendors. Prior to his tenure at SoCalGas, he worked as a Production Program Manager at Honeywell Aerospace Systems.
Mr. Gentry holds a Master's degree in Business Management from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from California State University, Long Beach College of Business.
